The program contributes to the high rate of students completing their education in the Nguluwe community, thereby fostering greater educational attainment and achievement within the community.

ACTIVITIES 

Serving 300 Primary and Secondary Students

The Academic Empowerment program aims to reduce educational inequality by providing equal opportunities for students from low-income households, enabling them to complete their secondary school education.

Program Activities  

       1. After-school feeding and tutoring 

  • Primary school students have the opportunity to receive free lunch food rations and academic assistance from camp tutors.

       2. Secondary school sponsorship

  • Deserving secondary school students from low-income homes receive tuition and examination fees throughout the academic year.

       3. Retention mentorship 

  • Primary school students have the opportunity to engage with positive role models for continued mentoring and counseling sessions on career and conduct choices.
