Robins graduated with a degree in community development studies and has vast experience in community transformative initiatives. He served with Community Savings and Investment Promotion, a micro-finance network, before he joined the Good Promise team as a consultant. He is passionate about empowering girls and boys in rural areas to help them achieve their full potential.

A Skyway University human resource and management graduate, Charles has served with Light Walkers Music ministry and other musical groups before joining the Good Promise staff. His heart is focused on bringing out purpose and hope in children that God puts on his path.

Chikondi graduated with a Bachelors’ degree in mass media and communications from African Bible College. He feels he is called to help facilitate success stories among children and young people in the rural areas where opportunities are minimal for transformed communities. He served with Cornerstone Ministry in Malawi as a high school computer and mathematics teacher.

Grace graduated from African Bible College in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She was part of Kanema Advertising and Media Company for a year before joining the Good Promise team. She is intrinsically driven to see girls excel at whatever they put their minds to. Grace is a part of the WIL (Women International Leaders) of Greater Philadelphia, Inc. mentorship program.

Brinol is an African Bible College graduate with a Bachelors’ degree in Christian education. Before joining the Good Promise Ministries staff, he taught all subjects in high school for four years. He is passionate about seeing children and young people grow into capable Christian leaders who can initiate a long-lasting impact in their communities for a transformed nation.

Lester graduated from African Bible College with a Bachelors’ Degree in Christian education. Before joining the UrbanPromise International fellowship, he served at Rays of Hope Ministries in Malawi. Lester then trained in the U.S. for two years, completing his Master’s degree in organizational leadership and envisioned Good Promise. He believes that each day is an opportunity and rare privilege to help make a difference in the world!
